NET 2.0 version doesn't process primitive types properly

description

When executing a stored procedure returning a single, named column with a primitive data type, the .NET 2.0 version of the processor does not pass the right value for the result set column name.

example:
this.GetList<int>("RowID", OtherParameter1, OtherParameter2); // <-- attempts to use the value of OtherParameter1 as the name of the column to retrieve from the result set, rather than "RowID".

was removing the first item from the parameter list when constructing the SP command object, so it was missing the column name when referencing the first parameter to find it.
